RECREATION (GYM FOR ALL)
All classes work on the ethos that gymnastics is a sport for everybody. Our recreational gymnastics sessions offer a wide variety of classes ensuring that there is a class to suit everyone. With an emphasis on fun our gymnasts learn the basic skills required to progress, building confidence at each level. With the knowledge, instruction and guidance of qualified and experienced coaches, gymnasts are encouraged to progress at their own speed. Development is continually monitored and adjusted to meet your child's needs. Our aim is to help them progress their abilities through our gymnastics programmes.
GIRLS RECREATION GYMNASTICS
These classes are tailored for girls from 5 years upwards to learn to execute gymnastics skills and are designed to be fun, challenging and help develop physical skills and build confidence in a safe and controlled environment. Throughout the term, children will advance skill development on all pieces of apparatus (vault, bar, beam and floor) progressively under the guidance of our experienced coaches.
Rising Stars (Age 5-8)
- Monday to Friday: 3.30pm - 4.30pm and 4.30pm - 5.30pm
- Tuesday: 5.30-6.30pm
- Saturday: 9.00am - 10.00am and 10.00am - 11.00am
Shooting Stars (Age 8-12)
- Monday to Friday: 4.30pm - 5.30pm
- Tuesday: 5.30-6.30pm
- Saturday: 9.00am - 10.00am and 10.00am - 11.00am
Shining Stars (Age 12+)
- Monday to Friday: 4.30pm - 5:30pm
- Tuesday: 5.30-6.30pm
- Saturday: 9.00am - 10.00am and 10.00am - 11.00am

BOYS RECREATION GYMNASTICS
These classes are tailored for boys from 5 years upwards to learn to execute gymnastics skills and are designed to be fun, challenging and help develop physical skills and build confidence in a safe and controlled environment. Throughout the term, children will advance skill development on all pieces of apparatus (Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bar) progressively.
Pre Team (Age 5-8)
- Monday and Wednesday: 3.30pm - 4.30pm
- Saturday: 9.00am - 10.00am

SENIOR RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
A structured gymnastics session aimed at girls who would like to furher develop their gymnastics skills. Participants will work to their ability on each piece of appartatus where we will help each child reach their potential. Our enthusiastic coaches will help them further develop their skills in a safe and controlled environment. Gymnasts will need to have a solid skill base as we will be working on advanced skills.
All Stars (Age 5-8 & Age 8-12)
- Tuesday: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Term Fees: $170
Super Stars (Age 10-15)
- Friday: 5.30pm - 7.00pm
Term Fees: $239
Note: There is a one time membership fee of $20 for new members.
